Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange only policy. This means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned in the same condition as received-unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To ensure you receive the item you desire, we recommend processing a return for your original purchase and placing a new order for the replacement item once your return is approved. This approach provides a quicker and more seamless exchange experience.

Please note: Items returned to us without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges on sale items or gift cards or Handbags and Accessories.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of being purchased or delivered for a refund (If An Non-Visable Damage Is Found) or exchange.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with any original tags or packaging.
- Return shipping costs may apply, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect upon delivery.
